• ZADOK (a Jebusite name, certainly via his mother) and
• ABIATHAR are both high priests of Israel. (2 Kings 20:25).
Biblical Israel
is a non-racial Israel!
  Note:
King DAVID purchases the site for the temple in Jerusalem from ORNAN the Jebusite (implying that when David had conquered their city there had been no plunder and destruction of the resident Jebusites).
Although denied being builder of Israel's temple because its city Jeru-salem was not at peace (Salem) during his wars, as its name asserts, DAVID is inspired by God to design the Temple and the order of its services to permanently replace the Tabernacle of Moses (1 Chron.28:11-19).
Accordingly, during his reign he accumulates for its construction – c.100 metric tons of pure gold, c.240 metric tons of pure silver, plus large quantities of bronze, iron, wood, and precious stones (1 Chronicles 29) from his war plunder. (See Sanctuary and Services)
