AIPAC
American Israel Public Affairs Committee
 AIPAC
A lobby which advocates pro-Israel policies, etc., to the Congress and Executive Branch of the United States of America.
Founded in
1951 by Isaiah L. Kenen ('1953' according to Michael Oren), it originally ran the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs as a lobbying division of the American Zionist Council.

AIPAC's stated purpose is to lobby the Congress of the United States on issues and legislation related to Israel.
AIPAC regularly meets with members of Congress and holds events where it can share its views.

2004
December 1: FBI agents raid the AIPAC offices and seize computer equipment and files of Howard Kohr, the Executive Director, Richard Fishman, Managing Director, Renee Rothstein, Communication Director and Raphael Danziger. All suspected of being 'cut-outs', agents who had picked up secret information from Lawrence Franklin (U.S. DOD employee) and pass it on to Israel.

The spying charges are denied by Israel as well as AIPAC, and the Israeli Embassy in Washington calls the charges "completely false and outrageous". AIPAC states that the allegations are "baseless and false".

2014
Over 14,000 delegates attend the annual AIPAC Policy Conference, which bills itself as "three of the most important days affecting Israel's future." The annual AIPAC Policy Conference is the largest gathering of the pro-Israel movement in the U.S.
Speakers include Presidents and Prime Ministers, and talk about the importance of the U.S.-Israel Relationship.
Support among US congressional members includes a majority of members of both the Democratic and Republican Parties.
The American Israel Education Foundation is a "sister organization" of AIPAC, which handles "educational" [propaganda] work, rather than lobbying. It is a U.S. 501(c) non-profit educational organization that conducts educational programs, including sponsoring U.S. legislators on 'educational' trips to Israel.

2016
March 20, Sunday: U.S. Vice President Joe Biden addresses the AIPAC’s annual policy conference, warning that Israel and the Palestinians are moving toward a one-state reality and promising Israel "will gets everything it needs" in the U.S. military aid package.

21: Walter E. Washington Convention Center, USA – Republican front-runner for the US presidential election, Donald Trump, speaks at the annual AIPAC Policy Conference.

AIPAC
ought to have been delighted to play host to the Republican front-runner. He is, after all, the self-styled “most pro-Israel” candidate, the Grand Marshal of the 2004 Israel Day parade in New York with his two Jewish grandchildren. And he’s bidding to succeed a two-term president widely unloved by the AIPAC mainstream for a host of perceived grave missteps, headed by the Tehran-empowering nuclear deal
